Scholarship Benefits

Scholarship Requirements

  • Must be a resident of Tabango, Leyte.
  • May be enrolled in any school or university.
  • No grade requirement is necessary to apply.
  • Official Enrollment Sheet or School ID is the only required document.
  • Must agree to the terms of the Data Privacy Act.

Guidelines for Termination of Scholarship

A scholarship may be withdrawn or terminated if any of the following applies:

  • A scholarship may be terminated if the student submits falsified, altered, or misleading documents.
  • A scholarship may be terminated if the student engages in dishonest or fraudulent activities related to the program.
  • A scholarship may be terminated if the student chooses to voluntarily withdraw from the program.
  • A scholarship may be terminated if the student is no longer a resident of Tabango, Leyte.
  • A scholarship may be terminated if the student gives false statements during application or renewal.
  • A scholarship may be terminated if the student receives failing grades in any subject.
  • A scholarship may be terminated if the student fails to submit an LOA during periods of non-enrollment.

The LGU of Tabango reserves the right to review, verify, and decide on scholarship termination based on established policies.
